Network Diagnostics: Bandwidth


Overview...

When the bandwidth test is run, Nefsis will try to determine how much available bandwidth you have between the Nefsis conference and your computer. Generally, the higher your available bandwidth the better your conferencing experience will be.

Step-by-Step...


Bandwidth Test

  • While in a Nefsis conference...
  • Select the Help tab
  • Select Network Diagnostics


  • The Network Diagnostics will now open in a new window.
  • Click Run Test to test the current bandwidth availability between you and the Nefsis Conference (example of test results below)



     

    NOTE: Bandwidth is likely to vary with a number of scenarios, such as time of day, contention, length of line, other traffic etc, to which Nefsis has no control over.
