Create a Quick Conference


Overview...

Generally most users will find their default 'my meeting room' enough for day-to-day activities, and Scheduled Conferences best for important online meetings and web events, where multiple hosts, sharing features and audio/visual properties need to be strictly controlled.

Use Quick Conference when you want an impromptu online meeting, but still need specific conference room controls not available in your default 'my meeting room.'

NOTE: A quick conference expires 15 minutes after the last attendee leaves.

Step-by-Step...


With Expert View enabled...

  • Open Nefsis using the tray icon


  • Select the "n" application menu


  • Select Start Quick Conference


  • Enter a topic (required)


  • Click OK to create it or Join to create and join it straight away.

    Did you know? Once you have created it, you can edit and join the conference
    by using the " Show my conferences" list.
